桑磊合肥工业大学,副教授,2013年6月获电子科技大学,电磁场与微波技术博士学位,2006年6月获南京理工大学,获电子信息工程学士学位。2006至2013,历任中国电子科技集团公司38所微系统研究中心,工程师,微波组组长。
